Private Client Coverage

Private Client coverage sign up for June shows being held at Caledon Equestrian Park. These are the only horse shows this summer I will be attending until November’s Royal Winter Fair. Please pre-book your spot if you would like to have coverage! Packages and pricing is stated below

Private Client Coverage

  • $1250 + HST

    For those who would like an all-inclusive weekly coverage, this is the option for you! This package includes coverage of all your showing during the week from Wednesday to Sunday with 1 horses. Images and videos are for personal use and include warm up, candid and of course images of you competing in the ring.

    • Payment is due the Monday of the show week.

    • This package is for 1 HORSE and 1 RIDER combination. For those looking to add an additional horse, it is $900 per horse.

    Weekly clients are limited to 5 per week. Please make sure to book and reserve your weekly coverage in time so as to not miss out.

  • $750 +HST

    For those who would like a weekly photo coverage, this is the option for you. This package includes coverage of all your showing during the week from Wednesday to Sunday with 1 horse. Images are for personal use and include warm up, candid and of course images of you competing in the ring.

    • Payment is due the Monday of the show week.

    • This package is for 1 HORSE and 1 RIDER combination. For those looking to add an additional horse, it is $500 per horse.

    Weekly clients are limited to 10 per week. Please make sure to book and reserve your weekly coverage in time so as to not miss out.

  • $850 +HST

    For those who would like a weekly coverage, this is the option for you. This package includes coverage of all your showing during the week from Wednesday to Sunday with 1 horses. Videos are for personal use only and include warm up, candid and competing in the ring.

    • Payment is due the Monday of the show week.

    • This package is for 1 HORSE and 1 RIDER combination. For those looking to add an additional horse, it is $550 per horse.

    Weekly clients are limited to 3 per week. Please make sure to book and reserve your weekly video coverage in time so as to not miss out.

  • $400 +HST

    For those who would like day to day coverage, this is the option for you! This package includes all of your digital files from the day for 1 horse. Images are for personal use only and include warm up, candids, and of course images of you competing in the ring.

    • Payment is due the Monday of the show week.

    • This package is for 1 HORSE and 1 RIDER combination. For those looking to add an additional horse, it is $300 per horse.

    Daily clients are limited to 2 a day. Please make sure to book and reserve your spot so to not miss out on your day being covered.
